We all want things to go back to normal. In order for us to keep our beloved bars, nightclubs,and restaurants open we need your help. COVID-19 infection tracking is an important step in preventing further virus spread, so to help make it as smooth and easy as possible, we have developed a QR-code registering solution. By registering your visit at your local bar, restaurant, and nightclub we help them to stay open and keep track of the spread of the virus. If someone at the table next to you tested positive for COVID-19 afterwards,you’ll get notified. That way you will know when to quarantine and get tested yourself, keeping everyone safe and helping to fight the spread of the virus.


How long do we store your data?


If you’ve checked-in using the manual (if you’re not a Keyflow user) check-in process, your personal data will be kept for 28 days. After 28 days your personal data will be automatically deleted. 

If you’re already a Keyflow user or have decided to create an account, your personal data will be kept on file until you request for it to be removed or for as long as is permitted and/or required by applicable law. Keyflow is the data controller in respect of personal data relating to you which is processed by us or our data processors. As such, we are responsible for treating your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. We are also obliged to, at your request, correct any personal data about you that is incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
